§ 9-17-12 - Competency of parties or interested persons.

SECTION 9-17-12

   § 9-17-12  Competency of parties orinterested persons. – No person shall be disqualified from testifying in any civil action orproceeding by reason of his or her being interested therein or being a partythereto.
