§ 9-17-10 - Discharge from custody on giving of recognizance.

SECTION 9-17-10

   § 9-17-10  Discharge from custody on givingof recognizance. – The witness may give recognizance as provided in § 9-17-9 while in custodyof the officer, before he or she is committed to jail; and thereupon theofficer shall discharge him or her from custody.
