§ 9-15-3 - Certification of rule to another county.

SECTION 9-15-3

   § 9-15-3  Certification of rule to anothercounty. – Leave may be given under § 9-15-2, in the superior court, to enter therule in any county, to be certified to the county where the matter moreproperly belongs.
