§ 9-13-2 - Extension of time for proceedings by consent.

SECTION 9-13-2

   § 9-13-2  Extension of time for proceedingsby consent. – The parties to a cause, by consent in writing, may extend the time of pleadingor the periods within which proceedings in court are prescribed to be taken.
