§ 9-10-16 - State citizenship not ground for challenge.

SECTION 9-10-16

   § 9-10-16  State citizenship not ground forchallenge. – No person shall be disqualified to act as a juror in any case in which thestate is directly or indirectly a party by reason of his or her being a citizenthereof.
