§ 9-10-11.1 - Size of juries in civil cases.

SECTION 9-10-11.1

   § 9-10-11.1  Size of juries in civil cases.– Juries in civil cases shall be composed of six (6) persons and such alternatejurors as may be called pursuant to § 9-10-13.
