SECTION 9-1-10

   § 9-1-10  Settlement of real estate titlein action involving executor or administrator. – In no case shall the title to real estate be settled or affected, except so faras relates to the case on trial, if and so far as the case on trial shall beprosecuted or defended by an executor or administrator.
