§ 9-1.1-7 - Procedure.

SECTION 9-1.1-7

   § 9-1.1-7  Procedure. – The Rhode Island superior court rules of civil procedure shall apply to allproceedings under this chapter, except when those rules are inconsistent withthis chapter.
