§ 8-8-13 - Sessions of the court.

SECTION 8-8-13

   § 8-8-13  Sessions of the court. – The district court shall be in continuous session for the transaction of anybusiness that may come before it; provided, however, that the court shall notbe in session on Sundays and legal holidays for the transaction of civilbusiness.
