§ 8-7-3 - Superior court motion days.

SECTION 8-7-3

   § 8-7-3  Superior court motion days. –The superior court shall be in session for the purpose of hearing motions inthe various counties during the calendar year at such times and places as thepresiding justice shall fix and determine.
