§ 8-2-3 - Time and place of holding court.

SECTION 8-2-3

   § 8-2-3  Time and place of holding court.– A superior court shall be held at such times and places as shall be appointedby law, by such of the justices thereof as shall be designated from time totime by the presiding justice.
