§ 8-11-1 - Assignment or motion day falling on holiday.

SECTION 8-11-1

   § 8-11-1  Assignment or motion day fallingon holiday. – If any assignment day or any motion day occurs on a legal holiday, theassignment day or motion day shall be the following week day.
