§ 8-1-5 - Reporter – Appointment and tenure.

SECTION 8-1-5

   § 8-1-5  Reporter – Appointment andtenure. – The supreme court shall appoint a reporter of the decisions and opinions of thecourt, who shall hold office during the pleasure of the court.
