§ 7-8-8 - Fee payable to secretary of state by nonstock corporation.

SECTION 7-8-8

   § 7-8-8  Fee payable to secretary of stateby nonstock corporation. – In the case of an association formed without shares, by virtue of this chapter,the fees payable to the secretary of state for the incorporation is fiftydollars ($50.00).
