§ 7-16-70 - Parties to actions.

SECTION 7-16-70

   § 7-16-70  Parties to actions. – A member of a limited liability company is not a proper party to proceedings byor against a limited liability company, except for an action brought under§ 7-16-56 and except where the object is to enforce a member's rightagainst or liability to the limited liability company.
