§ 7-16-50 - Issuance of registration of foreign limited liability company.

SECTION 7-16-50

   § 7-16-50  Issuance of registration offoreign limited liability company. – If the secretary of state accepts the application for filing under §7-16-8, the secretary of state shall issue a certificate of registration to theforeign limited liability company.
