§ 7-16-27 - Sharing of distributions.

SECTION 7-16-27

   § 7-16-27  Sharing of distributions. –Unless otherwise provided in the articles of organization or operatingagreement, distributions of cash or other assets of a limited liability companyshall be allocated to each member on the basis of the member's capital value.
