§ 7-13-45 - Judicial dissolution.

SECTION 7-13-45

   § 7-13-45  Judicial dissolution. – On application by or for a partner the superior court may decree dissolution ofa limited partnership whenever it is not reasonably practicable to carry on thebusiness in conformity with the partnership agreement.
