§ 7-11-504 Misleading filings. – In a document filed with the director or in a proceeding under this chapter, noperson may make or cause to be made any untrue statement of material fact oromit or cause to be omitted a material fact necessary in order to make thestatements made, in light of the circumstances under which they were made, notmisleading.
