§ 6A-2.1-301 - Enforceability of lease contract.

SECTION 6A-2.1-301

   § 6A-2.1-301  Enforceability of leasecontract. – Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, a lease contract is effective andenforceable according to its terms between the parties, against purchasers ofthe goods and against creditors of the parties.
