§ 6-14-10 Additions during sale. No person carrying on or conducting a "closing out sale," "going out ofbusiness sale," "discontinuance of business sale," "selling out,""liquidation," "lost our lease," "must vacate," "forced out," "removal," or asale of other designation of like meaning, or a sale of goods, wares, andmerchandise damaged by fire, smoke, water, or otherwise, under a license asprovided for in §§ 6-14-3 6-14-6 shall, during the continuanceof the sale, for the purpose of selling and disposing of the goods, wares, andmerchandise at the sale, add any goods, wares, and merchandise to the stock ofgoods, wares, or merchandise described and inventoried in the originalapplication for the license, and no goods, wares, or merchandise described andinventoried in the original application, and each addition of goods, wares, ormerchandise to the stock of goods, wares, or merchandise described andinventoried in the application, for the purpose of selling and disposing of thegoods, wares, and merchandise at the sale, and each sale of the goods, wares,and merchandise at the sale, that were not inventoried and described in theapplication, shall constitute a separate offense under this chapter.
