§ 5-63.2-20 - Disposition of fees and fines.

SECTION 5-63.2-20

   § 5-63.2-20  Disposition of fees and fines.– From the proceeds of any fees collected pursuant to this chapter, there iscreated a restricted receipt account which shall be used for the generalpurposes of the division of professional regulation with the department ofhealth.
