§ 5-57-13.1 - Procedures for adoption of rules.

SECTION 5-57-13.1

   § 5-57-13.1  Procedures for adoption ofrules. – The licensing authority shall follow the procedures for adoption of rulesestablished by the Administrative Procedures Act, chapter 35 of title 42.
