§ 5-56-6 Expiration and renewal oflicenses. – (a) Licenses shall be in effect for a period not to exceed three (3) yearsfollowing the date of issuance.
(b) A license shall be renewed upon payment of a renewal feeand the satisfactory completion of any continuing education required by thedirector.
