§ 5-54-15 - Appeals from board, administrator or director.

SECTION 5-54-15

   § 5-54-15  Appeals from board,administrator or director. – An appeal from any decision or order of the board, administrator ofprofessional regulation or director of department of health may be taken by anyaggrieved party to the superior court in the manner provided for in chapter 35of title 42.
