§ 5-45-8 Licensure in other jurisdictions.– The department may issue a nursing home administrator's license withoutexamination, to any person who holds a current license in good standing as anursing home administrator from another jurisdiction; provided, that thedepartment finds that the individual meets education and experiencerequirements as established by the department regulation.
