§ 5-44-26 - Appeals from director and board.

SECTION 5-44-26

   § 5-44-26  Appeals from director and board.– Any person aggrieved by any decision or ruling of the director or the board mayappeal to the superior court in the manner provided in the AdministrativeProcedures Act, chapter 35 of title 42.
