SECTION 5-44-11
§ 5-44-11 Licensure without examination. A licensure as a psychologist may be issued to:
(1) An applicant who has been licensed or certified as apsychologist under the laws of another state, United States territory, orforeign country where the board determines that the requirements aresubstantially equivalent to those of this state; or
(2) A person who has been certified after examination by theAmerican Board of Examiners in Professional Psychology, if the board determinesthat the examination is substantially equivalent to, or exceeds, therequirements of the examination approved by the board.
