§ 5-40-18 Injunction of violations. –When it appears to the board that any person is violating any of the provisionsof this chapter, the director of the department of health may institute anaction, commenced in the name of the board, to enjoin that violation in a courtof competent jurisdiction, and that court may enjoin any person, firm,corporation, or association from violating any of the provisions of thischapter without regard to whether proceedings have been or may be instituted.
