§ 5-4-21 Fuels to which chapterapplicable. – The provisions of this chapter shall be construed and deemed to apply to allanthracite and bituminous coal and to all coke and other fuels containing coalor coke that may be sold or offered for sale in this state. The term "coal", asused in this chapter, includes both anthracite and bituminous coal and otherfuels containing coal.
