§ 5-4-19 - Judicial review of decisions.

SECTION 5-4-19

   § 5-4-19  Judicial review of decisions.– Any person aggrieved by any decision or order of the director of labor andtraining made pursuant to the provisions of this chapter may appeal to thesuperior court under the provisions of chapter 35 of title 42.
