SECTION 5-39.1-11
§ 5-39.1-11 Complaints. – All complaints concerning a licensee's business or professional practice shallbe received by either the board or the state agency. Each complaint receivedshall be logged, recording at a minimum the following information:
(1) Licensee's name;
(2) Name of the complaining party;
(3) Date of complaint;
(4) Brief statement of complaint; and
(5) Disposition.
