§ 5-38.4-7 Severability. – If any clause, sentence, paragraph, or part of this chapter or the applicationof this chapter to any person or circumstance is, for any reason, judged by acourt of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, that judgment shall not affect,impair, or invalidate the remainder of this chapter or its application to otherpersons or circumstances.
