§ 5-38.4-6 - Existing motor vehicle repair businesses.

SECTION 5-38.4-6

   § 5-38.4-6  Existing motor vehicle repairbusinesses. – The provisions of subdivisions (1) and (2) of § 5-38.4-4 do not apply toany person, partnership, corporation, or establishment presently in existence,but shall apply to all motor vehicle repair businesses established after July22, 1997.
