§ 5-38.2-6 - Criminal records of applicants.

SECTION 5-38.2-6

   § 5-38.2-6  Criminal records of applicants.– Before granting a license under this chapter, the local licensing authorityshall consider the prior criminal record of the applicants and principals ofapplicant corporations.
