§ 5-37.7-15 - Severability.

SECTION 5-37.7-15

   § 5-37.7-15  Severability. – If any provision of this chapter is held by a court to be invalid, thatinvalidity shall not affect the remaining provisions of the chapter, and tothis end the provisions of the chapter are declared severable.
