SECTION 5-37.2-1

   § 5-37.2-1  Legislative declaration –Acupuncture. – The practice of the healing art of acupuncture and any branch of acupuncture isdeclared to be a learned profession, affecting public safety and welfare andcharged with the public interest, and subject to protection and regulation bythe state.
