§ 5-35.2-9 Persons exempt fromrequirements. – Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to apply to physicians licensed topractice medicine under the laws of this state, optometrists, or personsengaged in optical work who do not conduct a retail or wholesale opticalbusiness.
