§ 5-35.2-3 - Optician's biennial license fee.

SECTION 5-35.2-3

   § 5-35.2-3  Optician's biennial licensefee. – Every applicant shall pay to the department a fee of ninety dollars ($90) whichshall accompany his or her application for a license. No one shall be permittedto practice opticianry without a valid license.
