§ 5-34-13 Right to use professional nursetitle. – Any person who holds a license to practice as a professional nurse in thisstate shall have the right to use the title "Registered nurse" and theabbreviation "R.N." No other person may assume that title or use thatabbreviation or any other words or letters, signs, figures, or devices toindicate that the person using it is a professional nurse.
