SECTION 5-33.2-3

   § 5-33.2-3  Rules and regulations. –The director of the department of health has the power to adopt any rules andregulations not inconsistent with law, which he or she deems necessary, incarrying out the purposes of this chapter and for the prevention of andtransmission of disease.
