§ 5-33.2-23 Severability. – If any provision of this chapter or of any rule or regulation made under thischapter, or the application of this chapter to any person or circumstances, isheld invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remainder of thechapter, rule or regulation and the application of the provision to otherpersons or circumstances, is not affected.
