§ 5-30-2 Board of examiners – Rulesand regulations – Oaths – Seal. – The state board of chiropractic examiners shall make any rules and regulations,not inconsistent with law, that it deems necessary to carry out the provisionsof this chapter relating to the practice of chiropractic medicine. Any memberof the board has power to administer oaths for all purposes required in thedischarge of his or her duties. The board shall adopt a seal to be affixed toall its official documents.
