§ 5-26-5 - Holding of examinations – Compensation of examiners.

SECTION 5-26-5

   § 5-26-5  Holding of examinations –Compensation of examiners. – The director of health shall cause examinations to be held as required by lawfor the various arts and practices enumerated in § 5-26-2. Members of eachboard of examiners as enumerated in § 5-26-2 shall not be compensated fortheir service on the board of examiners.
