§ 5-25-1 Chapter title – Creation ofboard of veterinary medicine. – This chapter shall be known and cited as the "Veterinary Practice Act." Withinthe division of professional regulation of the department of health, thereshall be a board of veterinary medicine to assist the division in regulatingthe practice of veterinary medicine administered by the director of thedepartment.
