§ 5-20-26 Municipal inspectors andinstallation permits. – Nothing contained in this chapter prohibits any city or town from providing fora plumbing inspector or from requiring permits for the installation and repairof plumbing or irrigation systems and collecting fees for the installation andrepair of plumbing.
