§ 5-2-1 - City and Town regulation and taxation of bowling alleys and billiard tables.

SECTION 5-2-1

   § 5-2-1  City and Town regulation andtaxation of bowling alleys and billiard tables. – The town and city councils of the several towns and cities may tax, regulate,and, if they find it expedient, prohibit and suppress, bowling alleys andbilliard tables in their respective cities and towns, conforming to law.
