§ 5-19.1-13 Wholesalers' license –Fees – Display – Declaration of ownership and location. – The owner of each place of business, located within or outside this state,which distributes legend drugs and nonprescription drugs, at wholesale in thisstate, shall pay a license fee to be determined by the director, andthereafter, on or before a date to be determined by the director, a fee to bedetermined by the director, for which the owner shall receive a license oflocation from the department, which shall entitle such owner to either selllegend drugs and nonprescription drugs at wholesale at the specified locationfor the period ending on a date to be determined by the board, and each suchowner shall at the time of payment of such fee file with the department, on aprovided form, a declaration of ownership and location, which declaration ofownership and location so filed as aforesaid shall be deemed presumptiveevidence of the ownership of such place of business mentioned in the form. Itshall be the duty of the owner to immediately notify the department of anychange of location and ownership and to keep the license of location or therenewal thereof properly exhibited in such place of business. In the event suchlicense fee remains unpaid on the date due, no renewal or new license shall beissued except upon payment of the license renewal fee. A license shall beissued to the owner and premise listed on the form and shall not betransferred. If a change in owner or premise listed on the form occurs, thelicense becomes null and void.
