§ 5-10-29 - Persons exempt from chapter.

SECTION 5-10-29

   § 5-10-29  Persons exempt from chapter.– The provisions and penalties of this chapter do not apply to licensedphysicians, osteopaths, chiropractors, or registered nurses when acting withinthe scope of their professions or occupations as defined by law.
