SECTION 5-1-6

   § 5-1-6  Board – Records ofproceedings – Roster of architects – Report of transactions. –(a) The secretary of the board shall keep a record of its proceedings. Therecord shall include the name, age, and last known address of each applicantfor registration, information concerning each applicant's education,experience, and other qualifications, the text of all examinations administeredand their results and any other information that the board deems appropriate.The record of the board is prima facie evidence of the proceedings and acertified transcript by the secretary is admissible in evidence with the sameforce and effect as if the original were produced.

   (b) The board shall maintain a roster of architects. Copiesof the roster may be mailed annually to resident architects and to federalagencies within the state, and to state, city and town officials, and may bedistributed or sold to the public.
